The South Carolina Association of Convenience Stores is counting on you to help make our 20th Annual "Spring Into Summer" Golf Classic a success. The tournament will be held at The Windermere Club in Blythewood, South Carolina on April 21st. The Golf Classic proceeds will be used to support present and future convenience store interests in legislative and legal areas. Bring a retailer free when you pay for three members on your team!

The format will be "Shotgun Start - Captain's Choice" - Four Person Teams

• Four Person Teams 8:00 a.m. - Check In (Breakfast Provided)
• 8:30 to 9:45 a.m. - Range Open
• 10:00 a.m. - Tournament Begins
• 3:30 p.m. - Awards

• First and Second Place Teams
• Longest Drive (one for men, one for ladies)
• Closest to the Pin

How to Enter

Entry Fee: $200.00 (for members), $225.00 (for non-members)
PAC Pack is $35.00 per player.
Prizes will be awarded for longest drive holes and closest to the pin holes.

Entry forms and fees must be received no later than March 26, 2010. No entries by phone. All checks are to be made payable to SCACS. Please mail entry forms and fees to:

Entries for golf are limited to 116 players and are on a "first come, first serve" basis. Please get your entries in ASAP. Any questions may be directed to SCACS Headquarters (803) 419-0804.

Each year the tournament fills up quickly, so please respond as soon as possible. We hope you will be able to attend and participate in this fund raising effort. We are looking forward to seeing you there to enjoy a game of golf, fellowship and fun for the 20th Annual "Spring Into Summer" Golf Classic.

We are counting on you to help us in our 20th Annual "Spring Into Summer" Golf Classic. The Classic will be held on April 21st, 2010 at The Windermere Club. It will be a 10:00 a.m. Shotgun Start with a Captain's Choice format. The Golf Classic proceeds will go to further support, present and future, convenience store interests in various legislative and legal areas. Sponsorships are available, and here's how they work.

• Hole Sponsorship
  $250.00 This includes exclusive signage on your choice of hole also permits you to sample and display your product in one location on your SPONSOSED hole and at the clubhouse area. 18 available
  Sponsorships are available on a "first come, first serve" basis.

As in the past, we would like to provide the participants with snacks and beverages provided by our SPONSORS. Please contact SCACS Headquarters (803) 419-0804 for available sponsorships. You must be a sponsor to have your products at the tournament.

Also, we will be conducting drawings for door prizes during the awards. Any items you would like to donate for this will be greatly appreciated.
Please act today, as we expect to fill up this tournament quickly. Many influential retailers have been invited and we expect a large number of them to attend. Also, you may want to contact any retailers in your area about the tournament and invite them to attend. We look forward to seeing you at The Windermere Club on April 21st, 2010!!
